Our Educational Partnerships (CIACC)

Educational Partnerships are alliances between local school districts and local agencies that serve children and families. These partnerships provide cross-systems training and help direct resources and services from the New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF) and other sources to families in need.

MonmouthCares and the New Jersey Children’s System of Care recognize the need to develop resources and supports for families at the local level. These funds are intended to support new or existing activities or services through collaboration with community partners that reduce risks to youth and directly promote wellbeing, safety, health, and connections at home and in the community.

MonmouthCares engages the services of many different providers in our community on behalf of our children and families.

MonmouthCares is excited to announce our new collaboration with PFLAG Jersey Shore to bring new support services to LGBTQ+ teens in Monmouth County!
